In addition to 600 kilometres of urban bike paths and lanes in Gatineau and Ottawa, the Outaouais region has more than 200 kilometres of trails winding through unspoiled parkland and natural areas. Plan a bicycle camping trip and enjoy beautiful sunsets along the way, or explore Gatineau Park or take de la Carrière trail  that links the islands and peninsulas of Plaisance National Park where you can see a giant Canadian goose (50 metres by 70 metres)!
