Analyzing your needs

Outaouais Tourism’s representatives can meet with you and help you figure out your needs for lodging, volunteer recruitment, activity planning or sponsorships.

Requesting information

We will contact area hotels and convention centres to provide you with rates, availabilities and other information on lodging and conference rooms.

Visiting hotels and potential sites

We will be happy to organize meetings with the hotels and sites in which you are interested. We will send you a complete itinerary and will accompany you so that you can discover these establishments, as well as our beautiful region.

Presentations to decision-makers

If you so desire, a member of our team will assist you during presentations to your board of directors or committee responsible for organizing conventions and events.

Helping you organize theme parties

Do you want to plan a one-of-a-kind evening, a special celebration that your guests will never forget? How about a night of fine dining aboard a wonderful steam train, a gala among totem poles in the fabulous Grand Hall of the Canadian Museum of Civilization or a cocktail party under the glass ceiling of the Maison du Citoyen?

Tours for congress participants and companions

We will help you plan industrial, educational or other tours according to your budget.

Transportation

We can arrange for transportation between the convention’s main location and other sites, as well as provide reception services and transportation between the airport or train station to hotels. Tourist information booth

At your meeting, convention or other event, a tourist information agent will be available during the first day of registration. The agent will be available for four hours in order to provide information on restaurants, outings, shopping and other activities in the area. (subject to availability)
