“Art and Relaxation” Evening
The Amerispa in Cantley knows how to celebrate the weekend in style! The spa’s “TGIF” evenings include appetizers and a cocktail. Admire an exhibition of works by painter Chantal Laflamme while the DJ sets up a mellow lounge atmosphere. And where does the thermal experience come into it? It’s included too!

Poutine, Part II (or: The Revenge)
Are you heartbroken because you somehow missed the Sparks Street PoutineFest? Dry your tears and make tracks for the Gatineau Beer and Poutine Festival. At Place de la Cité Park, a dozen food trucks and 8 microbreweries will be on hand for your delight. The program includes music, a poutine-eating contest, and lots of other activities to celebrate this iconic Quebec dish. And if you still want more, you can hop over to the Ottawa Poutine Festival just across the river.

Fun day in the Pontiac

Up Close and Personal with Leonardo da Vinci
He influenced art, science and technology. Leonardo da Vinci is still very much a hot topic, especially when an exhibition about him comes to town! During this evening, part of the museum’s Curiosity on Stage series, you’ll be among the first to visit the exhibition Leonardo da Vinci: 500 Years of Genius. Afterwards, enjoy an evening of discussion and discovery as invited speakers from the Galileo Museum in Italy, Carleton University, and the University of Ottawa explore the lasting impact of da Vinci’s legacy.
