Café des Sentiers now open
News flash: the Relais Plein Air now has a coffee shop, to the delight of all users of Gatineau Park. Soups, sandwiches, coffee, snacks and treats are now available steps away from the cross-country ski, hiking, fatbike and snowshoe trails. A great place for you and your gang to relax and refuel after an active outing!

Animal Tracking on Snowshoes
This winter, Gatineau Park invites you to decode the secrets of the winter forest during a beautiful two-hour hike along the park’s trails. Guided by a nature interpreter, you’ll observe animal tracks and learn more about how the animals survive the cold. Calling all inquisitive types, outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers: this activity is for you!

Workshop: Quebec Spirits
Quebec spirits are becoming increasingly popular, and this workshop led by the owner and manager of Soif Wine Bar will show you why! Over the course of the evening, you can taste six different spirits and learn more about their particular features and what makes Quebec a prime producer of unique and flavourful distilled beverages.

Snowshoeing and Spa Under the Stars
Attention! Tuesday may well become your favourite day, thanks to Nordik Spa-Nature’s new Snowshoeing and Spa package. A single ticket gets you a magical evening of outdoor physical activity (organized and guided) and relaxation in a beautiful natural setting. All you have to do is call your significant other and reserve your spot … Don’t delay!

Tuesdays from Jan. 15 to March 5, from 6 to 11 p.m.

Ticket price includes snowshoe rental, snowshoe hike guided by a naturalist, thermal spa experience, and bathrobe rental.
Escape the Museum!
You’ll need to keep your courage and your wits about you to succeed at the original escape challenge offered by the Canadian Museum of Nature! Choose between two scenarios and get ready to do some serious brainstorming among the museum’s mammals and dinosaurs.
