Twist Virtual Party
The Twist Fibre Festival, Canada’s largest textile fibre festival, has reinvented itself this year to offer you a virtual evening! Log in on September 12 and 13 to meet members of the fibre community and learn more about their inspiration and creativity.
September 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. and September 13 from 10 a.m.
Tickets are required for the September 12 evening activities. Price is pay-what-you-can; the organizers suggest a donation of 25$/person, at your discretion.

Le Rituel restaurant invites you to an evening of culinary travel! Savour international flavours during a five-course tasting dinner featuring food and wine/spirits pairing.

Learn the basic techniques for making your own soap using the cold process. During the workshop, offered by Miss Bulles, you’ll make 400 g of soap (the equivalent of 4 regular size bars), scented and coloured to your taste. Here’s your chance to master the art of soap making!
September 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. and September 13 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
$75 + PayPal fee (if applicable); no fee for payment by e-transfer.

Jazz Mondays at the Minotaure
Jazz Mondays at the Minotaure are back! Get there early to stake out your spot, sample Quebec craft beers and enjoy a live jazz concert!
September 14 from 9:30 p.m. to midnight.
Free, but voluntary contributions to the jazz ensemble are welcome.

When fine dining meets fresh air
Take advantage of the beautiful early fall days to discover the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau! Book a bike package at Carpe Diem and explore the Véloroute des Draveurs recreational trail. Then, drive to L’Huile d’Olive restaurant for a meal packed with local flavours. Spend the night at the Minitik Inn, and the next day, enjoy a golf and agricultural experience at Les Fruits du Sommet.
