A rainbow of cocktails
Besides 21 different beers on tap, the Minotaure offers a varied cocktail menu. Try the “Hull Island Iced Tea” created by Mathieu Vilandré, or one of the many sangrias on the menu. While you’re there, have fun in the arcades!
Let yourself be transported by the Chelsea Pub‘s delicious cocktails, whose ingredients include infused vodkas, fresh fruit syrups and irresistible garnishes.
Ou Quoi Urban Lounge is known for its cocktails, but also for its shooters. The “Beaver Tail” shooters are an Old Hull classic. The flavour is divinely good, and the preparation is something to see!
At Soif Bar à Vin, the art of the cocktail is combined with a selection of refined wines. Each creation is a symphony of flavors, conceived with a precision worthy of the greatest sommeliers. The warm, elegant atmosphere invites you to savor blends as daring as they are balanced.
The Azta Taqueria‘s margaritas are a pure delight, transporting you straight to the Mexican sun! With no premixes, they’re made the authentic way with organic agave syrup and lime juice.
At Rosalita, signature cocktails with tequila and mezcal delight mixology enthusiasts. Special mentions go to the Mango Bloody Caesar and the Esmeralda, a delicious blend of lemon and pineapple slush with hibiscus syrup and Quebec gin.
Distilleries and the power of stills

Distillerie du Square is the newest distillery in the Outaouais. Head to La Cocktailerie, the distillery’s cocktail bar, where a variety of spirits are on offer! Take a guided tour of the economuseum or participate in tasting and mixology workshops.
EDMN Distillery in Ripon, Petite Nation produces four maple-based products: a spirit, a smoked liqueur, a maple mistelle and an apple-maple mistelle. A mistelle is a drink produced by adding alcohol to fruit juice to stop fermentation. Well worth a try!
Mocktails and alcohol-free options

Pärlé – Bistro ludique is known for its mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails). Kill two birds with one stone by spending an evening playing board games while sipping drinks made with taste and passion.
Discover the drinks made by Flirt, a Gatineau-based company whose innovative sodas, kombucha and sparkling lemonades are made from unsold fresh fruit to reduce food waste.
