What's on in the Outaouais January 31 to February 6
Winter is made for going outdoors. Trust us: you’re about to discover such unusual sports as Ice Hog hiking, winter car racing and teakettle curling!
ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS
For lovers of speed and thrills, see you in Maniwaki! This is the 55th edition of the Perce-Neige Rally, a colourful motorized event that attracts thousands of spectators every year. Come and cheer on the racers who will cover more than 200 kilometres of winding roads through the Forêt de l’Aigle and in downtown Maniwaki. The rally ends with a podium ceremony and a rock show featuring Martin Deschamps, Rick Hughes, Hugo Lapointe, Fred Lebel and their bands.
January 30 & February 1
As part of the Winter Fun activities at MacLaren Park, Steampunk Buckingham invites you to attend the steampunk world premiere of a demonstration of ‘teakettle curling’.
