L’Orée du Bois

A regional favourite, L’Orée du Bois invites you to enjoy a 100% authentic culinary experience. And when we say “authentic”, we mean that nearly everything is made on site, from charcuterie to pastry by way of dressings and condiments; the fish is smoked in house, and the herbs are grown in the restaurant garden. The chef and kitchen crew are experts, and the service is impeccable. We can’t wait for summer, when you can eat outside on the patio!

Rustiek

Known for its inspired and creative style, this gastropub features a winter menu where comfort food is definitely the star. People who’ve tried the duck tartare accompanied by a fried potato cylinder and chunks of foie gras get positively misty-eyed just thinking about it. It’s a pub, so it’s informal, and of course there’s beer—more than 60 varieties, in fact, produced by microbreweries across the region.

Le Bistro Montebello

This charming restaurant in the village of Montebello is always enticing. The pizzas baked in the wood oven are outstanding … but you might also consider the foie gras poutine, the buffalo casserole made with La Rein du Mont-Vinoy beer, or the raclette made with Tête-à-Papineau cheese (produced just down the street at the Fromagerie Montebello).
