When fall finally makes its appearance, it goes big! The temperature may be dropping, but the fall colours just keep getting better. Now that apple-picking season is almost over, it’s time to head for the hills and admire the beautiful leaves. Here are 5 top spots in the Outaouais to do just that!
Gatineau
You don’t have to leave town to enjoy the season’s splendour: the fall colours are gorgeous in Leamy Lake Park. It’s the ideal place for an afternoon of outdoor fun!

Les Collines-de-l’Outaouais
The trails in Gatineau Park are an iconic destination for “leaf watchers”. The trails range in difficulty from novice to expert, and several of them are dog-friendly!
