Rafting by moonlight

The next full moon is the night of August 10. Did you know that Horizon X Rafting, in the Pontiac, Outaouais region, is the only company in Canada to offer full-moon rafting trips? Book now for this one-of-a-kind experience that will get all your senses tingling. More adventurous types can test their skill at riverboarding, the best in-your-face experience on the Ottawa River!

Have you tried stand-up paddleboarding?

Enjoy a warm summer evening on Thirty-One Mile Lake with a kayak or stand-up paddleboard excursion organized by the Village récréotouristique Majopial in Bouchette. Trips start at 7:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday in August. Head out onto the lake and admire the spectacular sunset! As well, this coming Saturday and Sunday, August 9 and 10, you can go for a paddle under the full moon.
