Salon du livre de l’Outaouais
Join your fellow bibliophiles at the 40th annual Salon du livre de l’Outaouais book fair. This year’s theme: Dare! Adventure stories, crime novels, poetry, young adult literature … Dare to venture beyond your comfort zone! There will be activities for all ages at the Salon itself (in the Palais des congrès) and in other locations. Check the event schedule for details!

Adults: $10. Children 12 and under: Free. Family (2 adults and 2 teens): $25.

Awesome Victorian at the Canadian Museum of History
Travel back to the Victorian era with your children: it’s a great opportunity to teach your offspring good manners, and communicate Victorian style, through hidden messages. Raise your pinky finger and stand up straight! Make your very own Victorian moustache or create a fan. Enjoy period music, costumes and games!

Snowshoeing & Spa Under the Stars
On Tuesday, plan a truly blissful winter outing! Go for an hour-long snowshoe hike organized and guided by the Friends of Gatineau Park; then you’re off to Nordik Spa-Nature to relax and warm up in the thermal baths and saunas. Snowshoe rental (you can bring your own if you prefer), bathrobe rental and access to the thermal experience included.

$80 per person
Participants who borrow snowshoes are invited to make a donation to the Friends of Gatineau Park.
Party time at the Brewery Creek skating rink
Brewery Creek is a happening place! Fun for the whole family: entertainment, mascots, craft market, great nearby restaurants (including Soif Wine Bar and Les Brasseurs du Temps), door prizes, and, of course, free skating!
