Be prepared to immerse yourself in the culture of First Nations people and learn the histories of the dance and drum. This is going to be an exciting event featuring First Nations drumming, dancing and food. The audience will be treated to seven styles of dance with full regalia and to the sounds of the drum, the heartbeat of mother earth. Whether this is your first pow wow or one of many, against the breathtaking backdrop of the Canadian Museum of History’s Grand Hall, you will not soon forget this colourful display of dance and music.
