January 30 to February 5: Events for everyone!

The first week of February marks the beginning of winter events season in the Outaouais. Apart from Winterlude, festivals and cultural and sports events will be plenty in the next few weeks and its starts with a bang in the next few days. There's something for everyone, whether you're into the outdoor activities, adrenaline or good grub.

Haywood NorAm Canadian Eastern Championships

Nakkertok Nordique ski club, located in Cantley, is hosting the Haywood NorAm Canadian Eastern Championship from February 3 to 5. Hundreds of skiers from Quebec, Ontario and the Atlantic provinces will tka epart in this high level competition. Come cheer the athletes and let the Outaouais prove tou once agaibn that it's cross country skiing country!

Rallye Perce-Neige

Not only skiers will glide on the snow this week-end! February 4 is the 52nd Rallye Perce-Neige in the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau. See the teams zoom through the snow-covered roads from Maniwaki to Lac-Cayamant. It's a regional classic!

Festibière d’hiver de Gatineau

Festibière d’hiver de Gatineau is back and greener than ever at the Canadian Museum of History and they have all kinds of surprises in store for you! European brewers, recyclable cups, a wristband that makes tickets obsolete... Like we needed an other excuse to go and have a great time!
