Equal parts majestic and understated, Peter Henry Phillips’ writes some of Canada’s most exquisite and ornate chamber-folk. Singer-songwriter Pilou, aka Peter Henry Phillips, has worked as a director and composer and holds a B.Music in double bass from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal. He has played alongside countless respected artists including Ariane Moffatt, Jorane, Elisapie, Lewis Furey, Tomas Jensen and Navet Confit as a multi-instrumentalist. High in demand as a session musician and arranger, Pilou finally takes the spotlight with his highly-anticipated album "The Origin", his first as Peter Henry Phillips.
