18th annual Rendez-vous des saveurs Casino du Lac-Leamy

This year’s Rendez-vous des saveurs Casino du Lac-Leamy (October 15–19) has added two evenings, bringing the total number of days to five. New this year is an Oktoberfest Gourmet Dinner on Wednesday night. On Thursday, visit the Wine and Spirits Show, where more than 20 wine agencies and producers will be showcasing their wares. Friday through Sunday, cruise the aisles of the Casino Theatre and sample delectable regional products and cuisine.

Fall(s) hiking in the Outaouais region

Fall is the ideal hiking season, and the Outaouais region has some great hiking trails near scenic waterfalls. From east to west, our top three suggestions are Plaisance Falls, the Luskville Falls in Gatineau Park, and Coulonge Falls in the Pontiac sector. Dress warmly and set out on an adventure in the great outdoors!

Haunted walk at Coulonge Falls Park

On October 18, you can go on a haunted walk around the base of the Coulonge Falls Park! Enjoy live music, a beer tent, a bonfire and lots more as you discover one of the natural wonders of the Pontiac.
