La Distillerie du Square: Quality spirits
The Distillerie du Square is the first distillery in the Collines-de-l’Outaouais and the second in the greater Outaouais region. It’s scheduled to open in November 2023, and will house both a boutique and an Economuseum where you can learn more about the distillery process and the history of the village. There will also be tasting workshops and guided tours. While you wait for the opening, try the Gin du Jardin in the Chelsea Pub’s cocktails or pick up a bottle at the SAQ and replicate your favourite beverage recipes. Follow their famous “Archangel” recipe and impress your guests with this delicious and refreshing cocktail!
Biscotti & cie: Divine coffees
Take a well-deserved break at Biscotti & cie and sit down with a coffee to admire the scenery through the large windows. Gather with friends around a table to enjoy a hearty breakfast, share one of the café’s fabulous wood-fired pizzas, or order gourmet sandwiches to take out on a busy day.
